I am honored to be the new Chair of IFSA, as we launch CATEX2025 and celebrate the 60th anniversary.
IFSA is at a pivotal point in a sector where people are valued above all. Through CATEX, we can offer support to colleagues from the Specialty Coffee Association and Chef Ireland Panel of Chefs, as well as our exhibitors and stakeholder.
CATEX will be Ireland's biggest foodservice and hospitality show, returning to the RDS Simmonscourt from February 18th-20th 2025.
The place to discover the latest in product and service innovations! Over three days, visitors will be able to network with industry leaders, meet over 270 suppliers and discover new technologies for energy management and waste reduction. They can also watch hundreds of baristas and chefs compete on the national stage.
